GHD required a system that could help them manage the skills of their dispersed sales team. MyKnowledgeMap’s Capability Matrix was used as it was developed for such a problem. Used over an intranet or the internet, managers are able to assess their team members skills and provide training to ensure they fulfil their skills gap.
As GHD had such a strong brand image worldwide, it was deemed necessary to brand Capability Matrix appropriately even though it was only to be used internally. The end result led to a barely recognisable Capability Matrix, but a very sleek, chic looking skills gap analysis system.
