The RSPB required a web application through which they could provide learning material to people interested in birds and birdwatching. Once a user has logged-in they are presented with 6 different modules as well as access to the resource library which contains the RPSB Handbook of British Birds and Where to Watch Birds - Britain.
claimID have incorporated a new function into the online identity application that alerts the account holder whenever one of their links goes offline. Being a web designer, I find this very useful because it can sometimes be weeks, even months before I realise one of the websites I have created for my portfolio is either broken or removed. As Fred put it, the new feature comes with a “big fat alpha” but I’m sure I’ll find it useful nonetheless.
So with the radio button checked, I guess it’s a game of sit and wait. More information on the new feature at blog.claimid.com.
